Job Description
This is a full-time, grant-funded position focused on launching and assessing the viability of a Rural Home Share Program within the Governor Wentworth Regional School District. The role blends strategic research, intensive community organizing, and direct service coordination, with an expected schedule of approximately five hours per day, five days per week for 35 weeks. No benefits are included with this grant funded position.
The Program Coordinator will lead both the design and evaluation of the program during its foundational year. This includes conducting a comprehensive, data-driven feasibility study to inform long-term investment decisions, while simultaneously recruiting, vetting, and preparing to match community partners with families experiencing homelessness in the district.
