**Camping World** is seeking a high energy, motivated **RV Sales Associate** to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!
Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn **$50,000 to $150,000** or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!
**We Invest in Your Success from Day One.** Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.
