1× Full‑time, fixed‑term position available until 27 July 2027. Based at the Horowhenua Site. Salary $81,206 to $97,557 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Work as a social worker within the Section 132 Report Writer team.
- Collect, analyze and synthesize complex information to produce high‑quality Section 132 reports within designated timeframes.
- Write comprehensive reports that meet a suitable level and are presented to a professional audience, including judges.
- Interview and communicate with tamariki, whānau and other relevant professionals.
- Apply evidence‑based decision‑making throughout the reporting process.
Qualifications
- Good at report writing, assessment, observation and situation analysis.
- Well‑developed communication skills, strong time management and conflict resolution ability.
