Airswift is seeking experienced Pillar Change Focals to support a large-scale S4 HANA transformation programme in Malaysia. This role focuses on driving business change, user adoption, process readiness, and stakeholder engagement across key business pillars.
The ideal candidate must have at least 6 years of change management experience and S4 HANA exposure. Responsibilities include leading change assessments and supporting engagement activities across various levels of management.
