Gather and analyze business requirements related to service management processes
Design and configure S/4HANA Service Management solutions (service contracts, service orders, repairs)
Configure pricing, billing, and service execution processes in SAP S/4HANA
Integrate Service module with SD, MM, PM and other SAP modules
Support end-to-end service lifecycle (request planning execution billing analysis)
Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and coordinate with technical teams
