- Document and file decisions in our systems accurately.
- Serve as a contact person for inquiries from insured, providers, and authorities.
Skills
- Successful completion of a medical or commercial training with medical knowledge required.
- Fluency in German, with French and/or Italian and English as a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and efficient work habits.
