Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales performance across multiple SADC countries.
- Develop and manage relationships with country-level distributors and partners.
- Drive both sell‑in and sell‑through performance across the region.
- Set and execute country‑specific sales strategies in alignment with regional goals.
- Manage pricing structures, margins, and commercial agreements per country.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and sales forecasts.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand regional footprint.
- Coordinate with supply chain and internal teams to ensure stock alignment across borders.
- Conduct regular regional travel to support distributor and partner engagement.
