Role Overview
In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with clinical leaders to support safe staffing initiatives, optimise workforce systems, analyse staffing data, and deliver training across services. You’ll play a key part in driving the success of our Care Capacity Demand Management programme, utilising Trendcare as our acuity tool, while supporting teams to make informed staffing decisions.
