Position Summary
Turner Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support heavy civil, construction, road building, and mining project sites. This field‑based role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing hands‑on safety leadership across multiple project locations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Deliver field‑level safety orientations and lead safety meetings
+ Promote and model safe work behaviors and best practices
+ Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
+ Support incident and near‑miss investigations
+ Monitor compliance with Turner Staffing Group's Safe Work Practices and PPE policies
+ Collaborate with workers, supervisors, and management to identify and mitigate hazards
+ Track safety trends and recommend continuous improvements
+ Travel to multiple project sites as required
