The Safety and Sustainability Coordinator is anewly created role and will be responsible for providing advice and support tothe Vitaco business on health and safety, sustainability, and employeewell-being initiatives. In this role you will conduct research, collectinsights, and support the planning and implementation of related projects. Youwill also provide ad-hoc support to your People & Culture colleagues asrequired, which may include advice on people-related policies and proceduresand other administrative requirements.

  • Respond to first level enquiries from team members and managers in relation to Health & Safety and injury management
  • Ensure H&S and Sustainability matters are proactively addressed during hiring and on-boarding
