About the opportunity
Australia Post is seeking an experienced Senior Safety Specialist to partner with leaders across our Deliveries business and drive meaningful, sustainable improvements in safety, wellbeing and performance.
In this senior advisory role, you’ll influence outcomes through strong stakeholder relationships, trust-building and practical coaching. You’ll empower operational leaders to take ownership of safety and translate strategy into action by leading complex safety initiatives, investigations and improvement programs within a large, unionised environment.
