1. Safety Management (Main Responsibility)
- Prepare and update work procedures
- Conduct risk assessments (identify potential hazards in advance)
- Establish and implement safety standards and site rules 2. Site Patrol & Supervision
- Conduct site patrols (check PPE usage and work methods)
- Provide corrective instructions for unsafe work practices
- Guide and manage subcontractors and workers on safety matters 3. Training & Awareness
- Provide safety training for new site entrants and workers
- Organize regular safety training sessions
- Promote KY activities (hazard prediction activities) 4. Incident Handling & Prevention
- Analyze causes of accidents and near-miss incidents
- Develop and implement preventive measures
- Prepare safety-related reports 5. Construction Management (Partial)
- Support construction management for factory projects (MEP works)
