Job Description: Site Inspection & Enforcement: Conduct regular on-site safety audits, identify hazards, and enforce compliance with WSH standards. Strengthen safety culture of our workforce and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations. Risk Management: Assist in developing Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) for high-risk activities. Permit-to-Work Administration: Review and approve permit-to-work systems for high-risk operations like lifting and hot work. Safety Training: Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and specialized training for workers and subcontractors. Incident Investigation: Lead accident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all works comply with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines or local statutory requirements. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
