Oversee and guide the Safety team and subcontractors in executing safety systems across various sites. Collaborate closely with site operations staff and Project Managers regarding all matters related to safety and health. Assist the Safety Officer with accident reporting and investigations, as well as conduct toolbox meetings. Undertake night shift duties as required. Carry out additional ad-hoc duties as assigned. A Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or an equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry for building projects. Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
