Job Description
We want you to:
- Establish and standardize trends analysis processes for complex, text-rich, and voluminous datasets containing information on product quality issues occurring in the market
- Act as European liaison for new IT system aimed to retain recommendations, analyses, and supporting data for management of inactive/active safety-related defect investigations
- Monitor/analyze internal data sources (e.g. PIR accident reports, government complaints, warranty claims, Techline cases, Technical Service Bulletins) to identify any emerging issues relating to vehicle safety
