Job Responsibilities
- Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare, review and submit safety reports, risk assessments, permits to work and other regulatory compliance documents
- Maintain, update and manage safety records, inspection logs, incident reports and other safety-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulation, company policies and safety standards
- Inspection and Monitoring
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and workplace walkthroughs to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and company policies
- Identify, assess and monitor unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near-miss incidents and potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures
