Job Purpose
The job purpose is to identify and eliminate all potential risks in the workplace. Reporting to the Operations Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- National Dip in Safety Management/ Environmental Health or Completed SAMTRAC
- 3 - 5 Years minimum relevant manufacturing plant specific SHE Experience
- Computer Skills i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Presentation)
Responsibilities
SHE Policies and Procedures
- Ensure implementation and compliance of SHE Policies and Procedures
- Operate according to standard operating procedures and within the parameters of applicable legislation
SHE Management
- Implement and maintain adherence to safe working practices and policies
- Monitor compliance to safety, health and environmental requirements in the workplace
