Your new role

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead the SHE function across Canadian operations (Cornwall, ON and Lachine, QC) with oversight support for a U.S. facility. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drivepliance, shape programs, and influence a proactive safety culture across the business.
Key responsibilities

Lead and manage all Safety, Health & Environmental programs across multiple sites

Ensure fullpliance with Canadian regulations (including MOE, NPRI, MISA, CEPA)

Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on operational impact
