Responsibilities
- Conduct and participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety orientations.
- Ensure proper use and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor safety compliance on-site and report unsafe conditions or acts.
- Maintain first-aid supplies and emergency contact lists.
- Promote safety awareness through reminders and training.
- Assist in safety inspections and documentation of site hazards.
- Participate in incident/accident investigations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety programs.
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment and Control (HIRAC).
- Prepare and submit DOLE‑mandated reports and compliance documents.
- Lead the Safety and Health Committee and its documentation.
- Liaise with DOLE and other agencies regarding safety compliance.
