Job Description
Developing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing the company health and safety policies and programs. This includes occupational hygiene, accident investigations, safety training, emergency preparedness planning, and creating a risk management strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ensure the dealership complies with all relevant Philippine safety laws.
-Act as an auditee for government and third-party inspections or audits
-Serve as the secretary of the Health and Safety Committee.
-Investigate accidents and submit detailed accident/incident investigation reports and analyses.
-Coordinate all health and safety training programs for team members and management.
-Plan and organize periodic fire, earthquake, and other emergency drills.
-Review and act on all near-miss reports and suggestions from team members.
-Conduct hazard prediction and health and safety inspections.
