Responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety, health, environment, and quality across employees and facilities, ensuring full compliance with government‑mandated requirements. Additionally serves as the company’s Pollution Control Officer (PCO).
A strong safety officer combines technical knowledge (regulations, risk assessment, emergency response) with soft skills (communication, leadership, adaptability). This balance ensures not only compliance but also a proactive safety culture that protects employees and the organization.
