We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with mining legislation, client requirements, and company safety standards.
This role is best suited for an individual with extensive experience working on mining sites and a strong understanding of mining health and safety regulations, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all applicable mining health and safety legislation, site rules, and client requirements. Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventative measures.
