Job Description
Performance Management and Improvement Systems pertaining to processes and safety requirements, events management regarding documentation of the subcontractor/trucking company.
Reportorial requirement to be reported to the supervisor: Daily Operational Reports - Investigation of both fact finding and results of Process Audit, Safety Audit , Kaizen/Improvements, Issues and Concerns (to cover manpower, machine, materials and methods), collection and resolution, Incident Report Review (as initial review from the subcontractor/trucking company), KPI review (being done together with the Supervisor)
Dealer Gemba and Site Audits - documentation, fact findings, recommendations that concerns workability, safety and performance to be submitted to the Supervisor
Shall advise the Supervisor for any regulatory concerns, policy development and recommended documentation for implementation and generation
