Job Summary
The Safety Officer II is responsible for overseeing and enforcing compliance with occupational health and safety standards on a general construction site. This role involves conducting risk assessments, implementing safety policies, leading safety audits and inspections, and ensuring that all site operations are conducted in a safe and legally compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the project’s Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP).
- Ensure compliance with DOLE ,OSH , and other applicable safety regulations and standards.
- Supervise and coordinate with Safety Officers I and II, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Conduct and document daily site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
