Role Summary
The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies across project sites to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role focuses on identifying workplace hazards, promoting a strong safety culture, conducting inspections and investigations, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and injuries, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
