This role partners closely with leaders and frontline teams to drive a proactive safety culture, reduce risk through inspections and coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who builds trust, solves problems pragmatically, and is energized by time spent in active industrial environments.
