Description
The Safety Specialist in this role is a critical member of the Construction Management Team (CMT), responsible for ensuring that all construction activities align with the organization's Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) requirements. This role focuses on the proactive identification of hazardous conditions, the implementation of safe work procedures, and the promotion of a high-performance safety culture through behavioral observations and rigorous site inspections.
