Burgess Yachts is currently recruiting for a temporary Sole Chef to join a 40m Sailing Yacht based in the Med. This position is perfect for someone with strong Mediterranean culinary experience, particularly in Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian cuisine. You will cater to both the crew and guests, working independently while maintaining professionalism.
The role requires valid F&H L2 STCW and ENG1 certifications, alongside excellent time management skills. The start date is in July, and this is a unique opportunity in a dual-season program.
