Job Overview:
The resource will assist FCI in constructing and refining user stories based on end‑user requirements and support Agile delivery across IAM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and refine user stories based on end‑user requirements
- Assist Scrum Masters with user story refinement and estimation using JIRA
- Support business and technical stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities across Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Privileged Access Management
