Job Description
Position: Cold Caller w/ Lead Generation experience
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Singapore Time zone
Rate: $700 USD/month plus commission
Tasks required:
- Cold call prospects to sell the products and services of the client
- Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the merchandise or services meet their needs
- Upsells customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher-priced services
- Keep a detailed record of call logs and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's database
- Must have the ability to create responses aligned with the company’s messaging and drive the conversation to an appointment
