An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated GP to join the 4 partners in our friendly, supportive and forward thinking practice. We are willing to be flexible with start date and working schedule for the right candidate.
We are a GMS Practice with a list size of approximately 9,500
We have a Telephone Triage System in place and also use Engage Consult
There are no OOH commitments
Our clinical team consists of 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner and 2 Nurse Practitioners
We have an excellent Nursing Team involved in all aspects of Chronic Disease Management
There are strong links with our Community Nursing Team, First Contact Physiotherapists, Acute Clinical Practitioner and Community Mental Health Teams.
Our team includes Practitioners with special interests in Minor Surgery, Contraceptive Implants and IUCD procedures
