Job Description
We are looking fora new salaried GP to join our democratic and forward-thinking practice. You will bring a commitment to serve our variedpopulation, and will have the opportunity to play a full role in all aspects ofthe practice.
We currently have four GP partners, as well as three salaried GPs, plus an excellent nursing team and strong support staff. This includes a clinical support team (CST) who oversee our delivery of local and national targets. CST also undertake most of the processing of clinical correspondence and work to minimise the admin burden on GPs.
We now want to add to the team of salaried GPs, using new funding from the GP reimbursement scheme. This will boost our capacity to offer same day and routine appointments to patients (although we already see 89% of patients categorised as urgent on the day).
