Work with the Sales and Marketing team to analyze new opportunities.
Promote and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospect potential new ones.
Direct and close sales of qualified leads and provide an excellent customer experience.
Understand customer needs so that the platform becomes a key tool in their business.
Be a reference figure for customers in the sales and post‑sales process.
Feed and update the database in the CRM.
