Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with feed millers, integrators, and institutional buyers
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms aligned with company goals
- Oversee order fulfillment and coordinate with internal teams and logistics
- Attend industry events and represent the company professionally
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare and manage client documents such as quotations and contracts
- Monitor timely delivery and payment collection
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly
