Job Description
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and answering their queries
- Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Look for new clients
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Conduct meetings and/or product presentation with clients
- Introduce and demonstrate to the clients the company's products and services
- Negotiate sales deals with clients
- Taking and processing of client's orders
- Following up on any product/service issues on behalf of the client
- Maintain accurate records in relation to clients, projects, and sales
- Reporting monthly, quarterly, and annually, as necessary
- Achieve set sales quota or target per month
