Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain assigned client accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Coordinate client requirements with internal teams operations, production, billing, etc.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, scope, and budget
- Handle client complaints professionally and provide timely solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic reports as needed
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Assist in collection follow ups when required
- Build long term client relationships to support repeat business and account growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive is an advantage
