Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications
  • Handle customers’ enquires and propose solutions that meet their requirements
  • Work with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queries
  • Review customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilities
  • Follow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders
  • Perform contract review to ensure requirements match quotation’s terms of supply and ensure documents/information are sufficient for production and delivery
  • Plan and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct presentations and customer visits
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Sales statistics and reports
  • Other duties as assigned
