Job Summary
We are partnering with a managed IT services provider to hire a Sales Account Manager to manage and grow customer and partner accounts.
The role involves driving renewals, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and selling managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and system integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts and partner opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Identify and drive renewal, cross-sell, up-sell, and service expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop sales opportunities across managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT support solutions.
