Job Description

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing key accounts in Singapore. The key measure of success is the achievement of revenue targets.

  • Able to hunt for new customers and leads, build an effective pipeline and identify opportunities that are profitable
  • Prioritizing House accounts and establishing strong contact with existing customers
  • To manage customer relationships, respond promptly to customer, to keep promises to customers, and to manage customer expectations
  • Create enterprise sales proposals and make presentations to customers
  • Drive the entire sales process from targeting accounts, identifying solutions and to closing the sale
  • Coordinating with Technical, Operations, Finance and Products departments
