To maintain accurate ABOs/APCs data management
Ensure the ABOs/APCs profile is well updated
Updates & reports on cases handling
Ensure a proper filing of documents in modern way(digitalize)
ABOs/APC & Customers satisfaction
Correspondence via myhelpdesk to be replied within deadline of 2 working days.
Correspondence via email to revert to ABOs’/APC’s enquiry or cases within 7 working days.
Maintain relationship with ABOs/APCs by assisting and listen to their needs.
To work with Sales Admin Executive/ Senior Executive
To perform UAT on the enhancement to ensure its working fine before launch.
