- Conduct telemarketing activities and deliver technical sales presentations.
- Support and execute pre-sales and post-sales activities, including quotation preparation and follow-up.
- Coordinate and support marketing and event management activities.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
- Prepare and maintain sales activity reports and sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Design and support the development of sales and marketing materials.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform additional sales and marketing duties as assigned.
