Key Responsibilities
Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Receive, validate, and enter customer orders into the ERP/CRM system
- Coordinate with logistics, manufacturing, and warehousing teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track order status and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
