We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Administrator (Chinese Speaking) . The position requires strong coordination skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across departments. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Chinese and have the right to work in the UK.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. PCRS Process
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for new finished goods (FG), BOM changes, and new product development (NPD)
- Communicate with relevant parties to gather information for PCRS submissions
- Follow up and update PCRS status back to Europe
- Prepare packaging material requisitions to request material codes
- Coordinate the preparation of new cartons, pre-printed/overprint labels, and other new packaging materials
