Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales and customer engagement processes. The successful candidate will assist with quoting, maintain accurate records in ConnectWise and related systems, coordinate with vendors, and ensure sales opportunities progress smoothly from enquiry through to order and onboarding. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working closely with sales and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and issuing customer quotes and proposals
- Create and maintain Opportunities in ConnectWise
- Ensure quotes are accurate and aligned with vendor pricing
- Track quote status and follow up where required
