Duties and Responsibility
- Assist and Support Sales Team in preparing quotations, collection orders, job orders, delivery notes and invoices.
- Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, whatsapp messages etc.) on behalf of the Sales & Marketing team.
- Prepare and coordinate the weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Make appointment with customers and suppliers as required.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Candidate must be PC Literate.
- Candidate who possess working experience in office environment will be added advantage.
