Sales & Commercial Support
- Prepare quotations, proposals, costing sheets, and supporting sales documents.
- Assist the sales team in tender submissions, compliance documentation, and project administration.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing, lead times, and technical documentation.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, contracts, and customer databases.
- Support the preparation of presentations, capability statements, and company profiles.
- Handle emails, calls, filing, and document management professionally.
- Support invoicing, delivery orders, and payment follow-ups with Accounts.
- Prepare meeting minutes and internal coordination reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
