Customers have already started their quote, and you call to finish it properly with a clear script, clear flow, and clear goal. Some calls will be smooth while others will test you; that’s sales.
What you’ll be doing
- A part-time role in-office at Sippy Downs
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm
- Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover
- Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
- Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly
- Work towards sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits
- Work across systems including online quoting tools
