Role Overview
The Sales Advisor is responsible for driving used vehicle sales at CARIVA by guiding customers through the buying journey, from vehicle assessment and recommendation through to negotiation, financing coordination and after‑sale follow‑up. The role requires a self‑driven, customer‑focused individual who can build trust quickly, close deals effectively and contribute to the dealership’s marketing and inventory efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales – Customer Engagement
- Engage potential buyers in person, by phone and online, actively listening to understand their budget, needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable vehicles from inventory.
- Deliver confident, well‑structured sales pitches that highlight each vehicle’s value proposition and address customer objections.
