- Present and explain IT products/services (e.g., software, web development, IT support, digital solutions)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth onboarding
- Track sales activities and update CRM or sales reports
