Job Description
1. Regional Sales Growth
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within assigned territories
- Create and execute sales plans to achieve or surpass regional targets
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders
2. Travel & Market Expansion
- Conduct regular field visits within assigned areas to meet potential and existing clients
- Participate in regional events, trade fairs, and industry gatherings to promote the brand
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
3. Client Management
- Act as the main contact person for customers in the assigned region
- Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term relationship building
4. Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed
